Refund policy

At Candy Works, we want you to love every order. Because our products are food items, we have a slightly different return policy to most non-food retailers.

Returns

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of edible products once they have been delivered.

This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products

  • Unwanted items

  • Taste or texture preferences

  • Orders where the customer simply changed their mind

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
